Who We Serve
Stokes Independent Living, LLC provides supportive housing for adults in the Hampton Roads area who are seeking a safe, stable, and structured living environment. Our program is designed to support individuals with mental health needs while promoting independence, dignity, and personal growth.
We focus on creating a comfortable, home-like setting where residents can build life skills, maintain stability, and transition toward independent living. Our approach emphasizes structure, accountability, and connection to community-based resources.
Stokes Independent Living works collaboratively with case managers, community services boards (CSBs), and other service providers to ensure each individual receives appropriate support and continuity of care. We are committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment that encourages long-term success.
At this time, Stokes Independent Living, LLC is in the process of obtaining licensure through the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). We are currently accepting professional and agency inquiries as we prepare to begin services.
